Welcome to kyzen.ai (the "Site"), operated by Kyzen, Inc. ("Kyzen," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. Please read them before using the Site.

These Terms govern use of the Site only. They do not apply to, modify, or supersede any Master Services Agreement, order form, statement of work, or other written agreement executed between Kyzen and a customer ("Customer Agreement"). If you are a party to a Customer Agreement with Kyzen, that Customer Agreement — not these Terms — exclusively governs your use of Kyzen's products and services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement controls.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and design — are owned by Kyzen or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use Kyzen's trademarks, logos, or other brand assets without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Content on the Site (including any product descriptions, case studies, or performance claims) is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding representation, warranty, or offer. Binding commitments regarding Kyzen's products and services are made only through a signed Customer Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Kyzen's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms and your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
